spacious room at 240 sq ft. reasonably priced. we paid 4000 INR per night for a couple. ( booked thro agoda, in NOv 23 for the stay in April 2024. nice complimentary breakfast. both walking street and beach are 5 minutes away by walk. nice pool is also available .

I have been in so many hotel around the world but this hotel was given me worst experience. Bad points are (1) They switch off AC during the night time in common area. (2) You buy anything high charge. (3) There is an open gutter line near the hotel which small lot. (4) If you lost your key card they will charge you 500 bath. (5) By accidentally I broke my water glass they charge me 100 bath. (6) If you order ice pack they charge you $35. (7) Staff doesn't know English. (8) Staff is erogen no friendly. (9) One water bottle cost you 35 baht. Finally my recommendation to other traveler try to find another hotel better than this.

They charged me 1500BHT for using Thai Foot Cream. The river behind the swimming pool smells very bad. However, the location is GREAT. P.S. I have stayed at this hotel several times. However, they were all before the date you see. There was no other choice for filling the date.

I do not recommend this hotel. Mostly because the front office staff are rude, un-coorepative and not welcoming at all. There is a scammer on their booking email/website and they are aware of this but they do not inform their customers until it's too late. The rooms are nice but that's the only positive thing about the hotel. However, the seaside view rooms they fail to mention that the rooms also oversees the sewage/waste river. Oh and the AC is loud and you need the AC to sleep. The hotel policy is the pool area is only accessible until 8pm. There isn't an area where guest can relax and have a drink with friends. When we asked the staff, they rudely point to the sign. Their response and body language are abrupt. I really felt unwelcomed at the hotel. Awful experience. Good luck if you stay here.

This hotel is also known as the Balihai Bay Residence. We stayed here for 3D/2N and we chose a room overlooking the bay itself. Great view! The room was simple, but spacious and provided with all basic amenities (like AC, private bathroom, hot and cold water, TV, safety box, etc.). Aside from the reception area on the second floor, there's also a direct entrance with an elevator from the parking level 2. Nothing luxurious about the hotel itself, but what I particularly like about this place is its proximity to Balihai Pier where you take a boat to Koh Larn Island. There are also nice restaurants and convenience stores just a few minutes away from the place.
